Mission Statement: Vaylarie's Mission is to provide excellent customer service while providing fine dinning, entertainment and a little bit of home while enjoying meals prepared with enjoyment, enthusiasm and care.

Vaylarie's is located in the newly renovated Brownstone area.

Come and relax while letting our experienced chief’s cater to your every whim while introducing you palette to new experiences in dining. Our chiefs have been hand picked from the most decorated cooking school and has trained with popular chiefs all over Chicago. Here at Valerie's we allow our cooks to invent themselves through their own imagination.

Our chiefs were able to stretch out and reach new levels in fine dinning and have come up with their own specialty meals and deserts. So stop by, bring the family and enjoy fine dinning in at Valerie's your new home away from home

While visiting Vaylarie's, you will be able to listen to the soulful sounds of specially featured jazz singers during you dinning expericen. All entertainment is live. During specially desinated nighst we will also feature: Karaoke and poetry nights where we will open the floor to our guests!!
